Received gun in a really large package. I have not put on the scope, of which seems to be pretty nice scope. Open sights are great. Sighted in after about 20 rounds. Gun feels great, looks great, performs great! I use lead only cuz it seems to have much harder hitting ability. Out to about 50 steps I can hit a pie plate every-time. My wife is able to shoot well, and she enjoyed it though a bit heavy. Great price at Amazon($173.00, free shipping incl).

this gun does pack a punch – it will sink a pellet into a piece of wood – so far that you will not be able to see the thing in the wood.

but good luck trying to sight it in.

seems very inaccurate to me. i even tried a different scope.

i am hoping it will break in – i ran about 250 pellets though so far and @ 35yrds my pattern is about 8 inches – that just awful. i had to switch to crosssman premiun pellts – the gamo ones jammed in the barrel – i will get some beeman or RWS pellets next time.

-do not buy gamo pellets .. more deformed ones than formed ones.

this gun is not quiet either – i wish i would have bought a German gun

This gun is loud, no more “queiter” than the 30 dollar hardware pellet gun my friend has. I have always used shotguns and I am familiar with firearms. This gun is over priced and a waste of money. Buy the 100 dollar or so gun and you will do just as well. Recoil is like putting for cheek to a paint shaker. I have shot 500+ rounds and it just, is the way it is. Pellet gun hype is to get your money. I have called gamousa seven times over the course of two days and all I get is mailbox for so and so is full. I also have learned, concerning the pellet gun industry, people pay 100 or more dollars to “tune” these guns?? If they would live up to half of what they claim why would one need to spend more money on a tune up? Buyer beware.
